About The Founder
The initial Arabic studies in Darul Uloom Kheda and in a big Madrasa in Nuh afterwards in Miftahul Uloom in Jalalabad , when Maulana Masihullah was alive , and I got honor to serve him and by his advise Haji Bena brought me to Re-union Darul Uloom Kharaud, and I served there for a year, and then I served as a teacher in Darul Uloom Ashrafiya under the supervision of Maulana Ajmeri, Sheikhul -Hadis Jamia Ashrafiya, and Hazrat Maulana Yaqub Ashraf.
Then after the death of Hazrat Maulana Masihullah I dwelled near Hazrat Maulana Shah Abrarul Haque in Hardoi in Ramzan, where the makatibs of Maulana were recalled again and again, I felt proud that once I said to Hazrat Maulana Afzal that there is no any Maktab (primary institute) in my area, while Hazrat belonged to my area Palwal city. So Maulana Afzal suggested me to establish a Maktab in that area.
I completed the Ramzan over there and came back, and I talked with Maulana Bashir Ahmad Rashidul-Ameeni who was in Panj Peeran near Markaz Nizamuddin in Delhi. So Maulana said that does your father owners lands? take somehow land for Jamia, I asked my father he convinced, and in the conference (Jalsa) Maulana Bashir Ahmad Rashidul-Ameeni, Hazrat Maulana Yaseen Sheikhul-Hadith Miftahul Uloom Jalalabaad, Maulana Yameen Jalalabadi, Maulana Quasim Sher-e-Punjab and other bigger Ulama came, Hazrat Maulana Shah Abrarul Haque gave a name, ''Jamia Rawzatul-Uloom''
Once I asked him about that institute to start, but i could not do collection, so, Hazrat prayed for me and said just we have to step ahead, and success depends on Allah.
Therefore, according to his instruction, I stepped ahead and I went to Hazrat Maulana Abdul-Ahad lived in Taaraapur and told him the matter, Hazrat guided me that how to meet people and how to work in area, so i kept on meeting people and invited them to come there, and the majority of people came.

A brief Introduction of Mewat
Mewat is somehow attached with Delhi area, and about 100 km far from Delhi Village. It is a very poor area, neither anyone of us goes to abroad nor any kind of fund come to this institute, Mr Hashim and Mr Haji Ismail (Chhue-Muey) and his brothers help us which are insufficient.
Mewat is a vast District where 90% Muslims are present. There are no employments, no factories, no business here. There is no big hospital in Mewat area where people could get best treatement and as well Mewat is also very backward in Educational Field, there is no a (big or small) University in the entire area of Mewat. There is shortage of water too, and still we have arranged 40 tube wells hardly, and a stream need of tube wells even more than available, one motor-pump costs 25000.
And there is a instant need of 100000 Ltr cemented tank which may fulfill the need of the students (girls and boys) and the coming students up and down in the school, even may fulfill the need of villagers, because water in the village is salty (Khaaraa), and by the grace of Allah water in Madrasa is sweet.
Many Islamic Scholars were born in this area, and these big persons stepped for preaching Islamic teachings over this area and they spent their precious time behind this goal in Mewat, by their hard works people got benefit and ultimately Hazrat Maulana Ilyas from kandhla improved the past mission, and the work approached this position.
May Allah have His mercy upon us by their regarding, and may Allah give us success too in our mission, and on their behalf may Allah accept our prayer. Ameen. Summah Ameen.
My Another Important Thinking
The prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said that i have been sent for two important works,
(1) I have been sent as a teacher, it means he came for matures not for children, so our teachers must have their programs with public along with teaching the students.
On this way teachers should set up reforming teachings along with reforming associational and propagational works, and once in a month keep connection with any Islamic Scholar person too, and one Alim may deliver speech in Fajr in a place, in Zuhr in second, in Asr in third, in Maghrib in forth and in Isha in fifth place, by this way one Alim can deliver speech in five places in a day, and if two Ulama are arranged and provided them with vehicles so they can do this auspicious work in ten places in a day.
